Antonio Pietrangeli’s stylish 1960s Italian society satire, The Magnificent Cuckold, arrives on Blu-ray in a Limited Edition release. The film follows a happily married businessman, played by Ugo Tognazzi, whose eyes are opened to the rampant adultery among his high-society peers after he succumbs to temptation himself. As his paranoia grows, he begins to suspect his wife, portrayed by Claudia Cardinale, of infidelity, leading to fantasies depicted in sumptuous dream sequences.
