Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, it contains no artificial colours and is low in fat, making it a healthy choice for everyday meals.
To prepare: Rinse 1 cup of bulgur under cold water. In a saucepan, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add bulgur, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15–20 minutes until water is absorbed and bulgur is tender. Fluff with a fork before serving.
