Hazelnut Hot Chocolate Recipe
20ml MONIN Hazelnut syrup
30g cocoa powder or hot chocolate mix
260ml steamed milk
Add the syrup to a mug, add the hot chocolate powder and stir to combine. Pour in the hot milk and stir until fully combined. Top with whipped cream and chopped hazelnuts or your choice of topping
Hazelnut Espresso Martini
20ml MONIN Hazelnut syrup
50ml vodka
Double espresso
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake REALLY hard (to get that foam!) then double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with coffee beans or a few chopped hazelnuts.
