Sigh - Scenario IV: Dread Dreams [Vinyl]

Experience the dark, experimental metal of Sigh's fourth studio album, 'Scenario IV: Dread Dreams,' now available on vinyl. Originally released in 1999, this reissue features newly remastered audio and an insert containing an interview with Mirai Kawashima. This album marked a significant evolution for the Japanese black metal legends, delving deeper into psychedelic and rock influences over their black metal roots, acting as a precursor to their celebrated 'Imaginary Sonicscape' opus.

Formed in 1989/1990, Sigh has consistently pushed boundaries, blending eclectic genre styles with their avant-garde approach while maintaining their old-school metal foundation. 'Scenario IV: Dread Dreams' showcases this experimental spirit, conjuring an interlinked gallery of twisted soundscapes. The album was recorded at Shinjuku On Air Studio with J. Yamada and features contributions from notable artists such as Damian Montgomery, King Fowley, and Killjoy for lyrics, with cover art by renowned artist Joe Petagno.

This vinyl edition continues Peaceville's commitment to reissuing Sigh's influential catalog.
